How a custom order is agreed
- Tell us what you need.
- Share your preferred design, colours, fabric, sizes and quantity.
- MONVI confirms availability, pricing and production details.
- Payment is made before production begins for custom/pre-order work.
- Production and delivery are arranged according to the agreed timeline.
Quantities and availability
Custom orders may be subject to minimum quantities, fabric availability and production timelines. MONVI confirms these in writing before payment.
Payment
Payment is made before production begins for custom and pre-order work, unless MONVI expressly agrees otherwise.
Changes and cancellation
Changes can usually be made before production starts. Once production has started, custom orders may not be refundable, subject to MONVI’s final published policy and applicable requirements.
Artwork and logos
By sending artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. MONVI reproduces artwork as supplied and is not responsible for errors present in approved artwork.
Approval
Where a sample or mock-up is provided, production begins only after your written approval.
